8 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering

2 years of experience in leading a team of atleast 3 member Should have experience working in larger engagement Where the total team size is 500

Worked on minimum two performance Testing tool and any of the APM tool

Sound knowledge in various Non Functional Testing Failover testing is a must

Requirement Gathering and Analysis Ability to understand NFRs and translate them into specific Design and Testing goals Effectively capture and build a strategy to validate NFRs Test Plan and test Strategy Ability to effectively execute the testing strategy

Participate in all phases of the Performance TestingEngineering lifecycle Requirement Gathering Design Development Scripting Execution Analysis Troubleshooting Reporting

Leverage Application performance management and profiling tools to identify isolate and resolve performance bottlenecks

Coordinate with all stakeholdersteams to identify performance bottlenecks across all tiers components layers

Analysis and resolution of critical and complex application issues like crashes hung threads memory leaks etc
