**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot incidents and work with multiple stakeholders until resolution
- Work with development teams on regular basis to ensure all issues and stability/resiliency enhancements are tracked
- Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.
- Work on global production management objectives and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
- Implementation of robust monitoring to proactively identify system issues
- Investigating production issues on behalf of business facilitating resolution with multiple teams where required

Qualifications:
