- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and work attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy.
- End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance.
- Biometric registration of new joinees.
- Identity cum Access Card management.
Record Management
- Assist in maintaining new employee files.
- Record of all compliance related notices
Medical Insurance
- Assist to handle Medical Insurance and help employees during their hospitalization.
Other Activities
- To assist in all HR Projects as and when they come.
- Assist in Employee Engagement activities.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Bill Desk
- Assisting in bill desk operations
- Scanning and uploading the invoices in the portal
- Handling over the hand copies of the approved invoices with the finance team for payment processing.
Courier Desk
- Coordinating with the vendors for the timely dispatch of the office courier
- Tracking the shipment for timely delivery with the consignee.
- Assisting allied staff (office boys) in maintaining courier records.
General Administration
- Assisting in the House Keeping operations
- Ensuring daily checks for office upkeep Assisting during indoor and outdoor office events.
