Eligibility

    Location: Pipavav


    Key Responsibilities: HR

    Operations

    Attendance Management

    • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and work attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy.
    • End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance.
    • Biometric registration of new joinees.
    • Identity cum Access Card management.


    Record Management

    • Assist in maintaining new employee files.
    • Record of all compliance related notices


    Medical Insurance


    • Assist to handle Medical Insurance and help employees during their hospitalization.


    Other Activities

    • To assist in all HR Projects as and when they come.
    • Assist in Employee Engagement activities.
    • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
    • Assists with planning and execution of special events
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database



    Key Responsibilities: Admin

    Bill Desk

    • Assisting in bill desk operations
    • Scanning and uploading the invoices in the portal
    • Handling over the hand copies of the approved invoices with the finance team for payment processing.


    Courier Desk

    • Coordinating with the vendors for the timely dispatch of the office courier
    • Tracking the shipment for timely delivery with the consignee.
    • Assisting allied staff (office boys) in maintaining courier records.


    General Administration

    • Assisting in the House Keeping operations
    • Ensuring daily checks for office upkeep Assisting during indoor and outdoor office events.

    • Graduate
    • Highly proficient in Excel.



    Salary - 15k - 20k per month
