• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication skills
• Work on in-house requirements of design / planning if any, and provide necessary design inputs in required format as may be requested.
• Preparing 2D-3D Designs in AutoCAD/Sketch up, preparing presentation drawings, working drawing details as and when required.
• Review of schematic & working drawings for accuracy & quality. Coordinate with consultants for timely delivery.
• Day to day coordination including regular follow-ups with all external and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with execution team to ensure drawing delivery from all consultants is in line with project schedule requirements, and be able to highlight bottlenecks well in advance.
• Participate in site visits and field inspections (as and when required) to ensure project quality and compliance
• Support project documentation and administration tasks as needed
• Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a renowned institution
• Prior work experience (in an architectural firm is preferred) of 8 to 10 years in architectural design, preferably of private residences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work on multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in the relevant tools like AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Revit/BIM would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of building codes, local regulations and construction methods
• Must have a good command over English & local language with interpersonal skills

Role Description
Design Review & Management
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Maintain a centralized log of drawing revisions, RFIs, and approvals, ensuring version control across all disciplines.
- Analyze and highlight design discrepancies early to avoid rework during execution.
Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
- Organize and facilitate design review meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Act as the primary interface between project design teams and on-site construction staff for clarifications and technical decisions.
- Coordinate with heritage experts, sthapathis, and cultural consultants to maintain design authenticity and Vastu alignment.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure architectural designs meet safety, structural, aesthetic, and sustainability standards.
- Verify that designs align with heritage and cultural requirements, including traditional stone masonry practices.
- Support the vetting process with academic and technical bodies to obtain timely approvals.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, progress reports, and approval logs for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain a real-time design coordination dashboard to track pending decisions, timelines, and risks.
Execution Support
- Collaborate with site engineers and contractors to ensure drawings are correctly implemented during construction.
