Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator for Architectural Visualization (Archviz) on a 1-year contractual basis, with the possibility of extension. The role involves close coordination with international clients, particularly from the North American region, with a focus on photo editing and final image compositing for high-end architectural renderings.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between our clients (Architects, Builders, Interior Designers) and the production team (3D Artists, Architectural Draftsmen).
• Review and understand architectural drawings, project scopes, and deliverables such as:
• 3D photorealistic renderings
• VR tours and imagery
• Walkthrough videos
• CAD drawings
• Provide creative direction to enhance visual outcomes.
• Oversee post-production refinements and final image quality checks before delivery.
• Compile and translate client feedback into actionable instructions for the production team.
• Assist with other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
• Experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients (preferably from MNCs).
• Strong understanding of the Architectural Visualization workflow.
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Proficient in industry terminology and visual communication tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen visual sense and artistic judgment.

We’re seeking a 3D Architectural Designer with 3-4 years of experience to help visualize and support our upcoming real estate development projects. You’ll work closely with our U.S. team to create high-impact visuals and technical drawings that showcase our residential and mixed-use communities, helping secure investor interest, approvals, and project momentum.

• Produce high‐quality 3D architecture renders and visualizations (exteriors, interiors, site context) for pitch decks, investor materials, and project presentations
• Efficiently manage AutoCAD drawings and updates, including spatial layouts and conversion overlays
• Work with BIM or drafting software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) to support project coordination
• Assist in preparing visual deliverables, diagrams, sectional renderings, and photo-montages
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated
• Support image editing and post-processing workflows (Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray)

• 3-4 years experience in AEC contexts at architecture, design, or conversion/development firms
• Proven portfolio of 3D architectural renderings and visual storytelling
• Expert-level AutoCAD skills (2D drafting, plan coordination, overlays)
• Strong knowledge of at least one 3D modeling / rendering software (e.g. Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion)
• Familiarity with building codes and spatial planning
• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to work across international time zones
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Revit experience (BIM-related workflows)
• Previous experience in real estate development support or design-for-conversion projects
• Exposure to sustainable design or ESG-integrated workflows

• Exposure to large-scale adaptive reuse projects across key U.S. markets
