Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Architecture:
Lead the design of complex web applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for system architecture, database design, and integration.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural decisions, considering performance, scalability, and security.
- Design solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
Define integration points with other systems, APIs, and services.
ASP.NET Development:
Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Web API.
- Work with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React in collaboration with UI/UX teams.
Ensure that all code follows best practices, including design patterns, coding standards, and proper documentation.
Ticketing System Design & Integration:

Ensure the system is tested, both in terms of functionality and performance, before deployment.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and system architecture.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ASP.NET Architect or a similar role, with at least 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable and secure web applications.
- Expertise in system design, including performance optimization, security, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, including custom development or integration with platforms like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
Desirable Skills:
