**About the position**
The Fixed Equipment Integrity Management (FEIM) Asset Integrity Coordinator is part of the Fixed Equipment Integrity Team at the Chevron ENGINE Center plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment within Chevron's Shale & Tight (S&T) assets. This position is responsible for optimizing utilization of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Fixed Equipment Integrity Management (FEIM) software in support of regional asset integrity objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support and training to users. Plays a key role in improving equipment reliability while adhering to Chevron's standards and practices.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Coordination of Integrity Activities: Manage and oversee the scheduling and execution of inspections and maintenance activities for fixed equipment, ensuring alignment with the Fixed Equipment Asset Strategy.
+ Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Fixed Equipment Integrity Engineers, discipline engineers, inspection teams, and maintenance personnel to develop effective inspection and maintenance plans.
+ Inspection and Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that inspection work packs are clear, concise, and specify appropriate measures to detect equipment degradation. Oversee the execution of these plans to ensure compliance and reliability.
+ Integrity Data Management: Maintain and update the Integrity Data Management Systems (IDMS) and ensure that all asset management systems reflect current inspection and maintenance activities.
+ Risk Management: Assist in the identification and assessment of risks related to fixed equipment integrity. Implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance equipment reliability and safety.
+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all integrity management activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and Chevron policies. Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in integrity management practices. Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integrity activities.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
+ Degree in relevant Engineering discipline or relevant trade/craft industry experience
+ Proficiency with Integrity Data Management Systems (IDMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software is required.
+ Operating plant experience and familiarity with Reliability concepts are required.
+ Knowledge in application of Non Destructive Examination (NDE) is a must.
+ 5+ years of experience in asset integrity coordination or a related role within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a Shale & Tight asset environment
+ Experience with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and turnaround inspection processes.
+ Familiarity with the operational challenges and requirements of the Shale and Tight assets.
+ Proficient in EAM/FEIM software and asset integrity and maintenance principles, with experience in data analysis and reporting to drive operational efficiency

**about the position**
Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for **Reliability Engineer** to join the Projects & Engineering team. Reporting to the Reliability and Integrity Manager, this role will be based in Chevron's office in Bengaluru.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.
The Reliability Engineer position in Chevron's ENGINE Center provides reliability expertise to Chevron's operational refineries and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) facilities. This role works collaboratively across multiple disciplines including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Reliability. The focus of this role is to provide reliability and integrity program support to improve asset performance and operational availability through teamwork, analytical tools, and Facilities Integrity and Reliability Management (FIRM) work processes.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Steward the Operational Excellence (OE) programs that make up the Facilities Integrity and Reliability Management (FIRM) Process
+ Provide reliability & integrity support to operations within Chevron complex process facilities
+ Provide technical and facilitation support to Asset Operating Area Unit Reliability Briefs focused on identifying and developing solutions for reliability threats and poor performing equipment
+ Maintain, develop, and report key reliability priorities to operations using the Reliability & Integrity Prioritization Tool
+ Provide analytical support for reliability and integrity programs across Chevron assets
+ Support the facilitation and completion of Chevron Reliability Studies, capital projects and fixed equipment integrity initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes and standards as well as applicable Chevron standards, instructions, and guidelines
+ Facilitate the application and use of reliability tools and work processes to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and develop recommendations to improve asset performance and operational availability
+ Support the investigation and troubleshooting of equipment failures through root cause analysis
+ Leverage historical operation, reliability, and maintenance data for use in analytical tools and studies to improve asset performance
+ Participates in cross functional teams across Chevron complex process facilities to support standardization of reliability tools and processes as needed
+ Perform reliability analysis using statistical software to help determine probability of failure, prioritize maintenance work, justify spare parts stocking decisions, or develop options for selection of project alternatives.
