Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala, India for an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to support the Chief Nursing Officer in managing the nursing operations. The ACNO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care across all nursing departments. Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: BSc Nursing/GNM & MSc Nursing or Post Basic Nursing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in senior nursing roles, with prior experience in a NABH-accredited hospital preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience in a large hospital setup is highly desirable.
