Main Responsibilities:
Instructional Design/ Learning Product Development
• Assist in formulating the learning design framework –
digital/non-digital
• Establish system-wide curricular objectives for early
childhood education; develops plans for implementation and evaluation;
initiates, designs and implements programs to meet system-wide goals; works
with Regional curriculum Heads to ensure programs are implemented at each
school/project level
•Using sound child centric learning and design
principles create interactive and engaging instructional materials and
activities working either independently or through the team of IDs/CDs
•Obtain or build the necessary virtual/non
virtual learning content to support effective course design and delivery of the
activity based learning products/curriculum for projects assigned
Project
Management
•Maintains full project management ownership
when assigned a new product development assignment, including updating existing
courses or creating brand new courses.
•Sets, communicates and manages stakeholder
expectations at the onset of the project and throughout the project lifecycle.
•Provides guidance and advice related to
learning product development processes and best practices.
•Ensures project task activities are completed
and/or project plans are adjusted to manage changes that affect the project
delivery dates.
•Clearly and effectively communicate project
metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining project completion to all
stakeholders – Ops, marketing and design including the curriculum team
Training & Development and quality
•Provide academic support to all the regional
curriculum heads in terms of curriculum/product implementation assessment
monitoring, and learning resource management – wrt products/programs assigned
•Boot the sales, marketing and operations team
on the product details
•Develop and provide presentations to
individuals, small and large groups; such as; parent orientations, conduct open
houses, etc.
•Convenes periodic meetings with RCMs to
understand the ground level delivery of projects/curriculum and incorporate
feedback if any
•Attends department and general staff meetings
as required.
•Assists with the overall evaluation of early
childhood education programs in the system and develops strategies for
improvement of the same

•Advanced level experience with recent versions
of Microsoft Suite is mandatory. Knowledge of video creating and editing tools,
adobe illustrator, captivate etc is desirable but not mandatory
•Has excellent writing skills and able to create
content that meets the educational standards.
•Is creative with good analytical and conceptual
thinking skills.
•Ability to lead a team and manage team dynamics
working across regions (virtual/non virtual)
•Ready to travel to regions on need basis
Qualifications:Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT,
Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) compulsory
Experience: Minimum 12 to 15 years of preschool

- Provide highly efficient administration services across a range of core School administration, SharePoint uplift and maintenance events and governance, facilitating smooth operation of the school adhering to the University policies and procedures at all times and confidential handling of all matters.
- Responding to enquiries accurately and in a timely manner and handling confidential information sensitively, to facilitate effective communication flow between academic staff and professional staff; senior staff of the University and external parties.
- Prepare reports, statistical data and spreadsheets for planning and reporting purposes.
- Respond to general enquiries and requests in a diverse range of matters in accordance with University policies and procedures and redirecting specialised enquiries promptly and accurately in order to provide an effective service.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issue.
