The Recipe for Success:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the operations of the Le Creuset store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences & drive sales performance.
What’s on your Daily Menu?
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand experience.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and inspire customers.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow and replenishment.
- Ensure store displays are updated in line with seasonal changes, promotions, and new launches.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business goals and store initiatives.

Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Experience working with premium fashion/home wares products preferable.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and upselling skills.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills to intermediate level.
