Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience working with children with intellectual, developmental, physical, or emotional disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, behavior modification techniques, and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
