We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Plant Quality Manager to lead and manage the quality function at our automotive manufacturing plant in Belagavi . This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in products, processes, and systems in accordance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of automotive quality tools, and a hands-on approach to driving quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
· Lead the plant quality function, including incoming quality, in-process quality, final inspection, and customer quality.
· Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other customer-specific requirements.

Key Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive Engineering.
· Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in quality assurance in an automotive manufacturing company.
· Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems, core tools, and customer quality expectations.
· Hands-on experience in handling customer audits (OEMs and Tier-1s) and certification audits.
