Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Be responsible for delivering highest quality on every task assigned in line with SRB methodology and the expectations of the engagement teams.
Demonstrate basic understanding of an industry or sector and be aware of technical issues or assurance risks.
Execute & document specific review procedures as defined by the engagement teams.
Build knowledge about risk management which includes understanding significant business processes, regulation applicable to the client, other risks specific to a client's business.
Timely identification of accounting issues, clearly documenting the facts and findings, and discuss with COE senior/Assistant Manager.
Work with the COE senior and team members to set goals and responsibilities.
Contribute ideas for improvement by comparing efficiency of review procedures performed across different clients.
Promote SRB's ethical and professional standards, including data confidentiality.
Develop knowledge of use of SRB technology and tools to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
CA Inter having Articleship completed in Statutory Auditing.
Basic understanding of accounting and auditing concepts.
Proficient with MS Office Excel and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and good written and verbal communication skills.
Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure.
Experience
0-1 year of experience in Statutory Auditing post completion of CA Articleship

About the Role
We are looking for Specialist- Audit / Technical Accounting to join the Finance team. You will work with the finance team and will report to the Senior Manager Finance. You will be managing all the revenue operations for the company, including Technical Memos, revenue recognition, and contract management.
A Day in the Life
- Serve as an internal technical accounting expert for various accounting matters.
- Monitor relevant changes in USGAAP to ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance.
- Work closely other functional team to improve system processes and reporting outputs.
- Manage all technical accounting matters with the external audit firm.
- Participate in research and document technical accounting issues in accordance with US GAAP.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with disclosures.
What You Need
- A Chartered accountant.
- 1+ years of experience in the similar role.
- Experience with big 4 will be preferred.
- Audit background in Big 4 will also work along with technical accounting
- In-depth knowledge of USGAAP.
