14. Experience in Adhoc, Smoke, Sanity, Retesting, Regression and Exploratory testing

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in industrial automation, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven track record of successfully leading automation projects in manufacturing or process industries.

• Technical Skills: Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics, and industrial networking.

• Knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0, AI-based automation, and smart manufacturing solutions.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preparation of Functional Specification and concepts

• Level 2 Software system development for Cold Rolling Mill and Processing lines

• Ensure Software is developed as per JCIL standards

• Integration and Testing of the Software with Level 1 and Level 2 Automation system

• Commissioning of Software at sites

• Customer support of software post-commissioning

• Demonstration of Contractual performance figures

• Support to Sales and preparation of technical offer for Level 2 / Reporting system

Qualifications: - Graduate in IT/ Computer Science or

• Masters in computer application Experience: - 5 to 8 years.

Knowledge and skills: - Good Knowledge of using tools such as o Visual Studio o SQL Developer o GIT - Work Experience of programming with RDBMS and PL/SQL, especially Oracle and Microsoft SQL is must

What You Will Need
_ Solution Architect or Advance Developer Certifications in one of the RPA platforms(Uipath, Automation anywhere)

• Proficiency in one of the programming language(Python, Java,.Net)
• Knowledge of database management, APIs and system integrations
• 5+ years of experience in RPA development, implementations, or related roles
• 5+ years in project management, process optimizations , and team leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision -making skill
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Knowledge of AI, ML , Intelligent Document Processing and process mining tools is advantageous
• Familiarity with automation use cases in specific domains like, healthcare, finance
