Tasks And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of automation systems for a Greenfield project, encompassing design, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation in alignment with project timelines and business objectives.

- Provide layout and schematic inputs to the Engineering Consultant for automation-related infrastructure (e.g., control rooms, cabling pathways, operator stations, and electrical rooms).
- Champion Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives, including robotics, remote diagnostics, and smart data integration, wherever applicable within the project scope.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress, manage change controls, and ensure alignment with critical path milestones.
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality protocols during installation and commissioning phases, in coordination with HSE and QA/QC teams.
- Support validation and documentation processes including FAT, SAT, and GMP-compliant testing, ensuring a smooth transition to operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, procurement, quality, automation, and operations teams throughout the project.
