The position will also be responsible for developing nurturing campaigns for non-sales ready contacts. We are seeking a skilled PowerShell Automation Specialist to manage and enhance automation across Microsoft 365 services, Exchange environments, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting capabilities, a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, and experience in building scalable automation workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. PowerShell Scripting & Automation**
+ Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for O365 tasks including user provisioning, license management, mailbox configuration, and security settings.
+ Build scripts from scratch based on business requirements.
**2. Exchange Online & On-Premises Management**
+ Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and migrations using PowerShell.
+ Maintain and update scripts for hybrid Exchange environments.
**3. SharePoint Online Automation**
+ Develop & use PowerShell scripts to manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
+ Develop & Manage SharePoint sites customization
**4. Azure Active Directory (AAD)**
+ Automate user, group, and role management in Azure AD using PowerShell.
**5. Workflow Orchestration**
+ Design and implement workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and other orchestration tools for cross-service processes like onboarding and approvals.
**6. Microsoft Graph API**
+ Update and optimise scripts to integrate Graph API as legacy utilities are deprecated.
**7. SQL Scripting**
+ Maintain and enhance existing SQL scripts used in automation processes.
**8. Power Platform**
+ Work across all components of the Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
+ Develop apps using Power Apps
+ Develop Power Dashboard

**Required Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Minimum 7 years of experience with strong hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API for automation and data integration.
+ Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
+ Solid understanding of REST API principles.
+ Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially M365 PowerShell modules.
+ Ability to interpret requirements and develop automation solutions independently.
+ Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and reporting.
+ Exposure to Neptune (internal/external tool usage).
+ Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for ITSM automation and reporting.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
+ In depth knowledge of cloud hosting architecture with experience with Azure is a bonus
+ Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
+ Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
+ Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
+ Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

**Summary:**
To strengthen our ECS Delivery Productization team, we are searching for a motivated Procedure Owner working in a highly professional team of experts and architects across different ECS Delivery units. With strong SAP system operations knowledge your focus will be on end-to-end operations process standardization and optimization in close alignment with our development organization. You as role owner will enable and support the ECS Delivery units by providing tool and procedure standardization and automation in Database area also covering all multi-cloud aspects (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) with focus on HANA. You will take ownership of integration scenarios, own operational processes, drive standardization and automation to increase efficiency. Understand and improve effort and cost structure (lower TCO). Engage with operation teams to continuously improve processes and tools including requirements engineering (Roll-in/ Rollout) and define a corresponding roadmap
**Role**
In your role as Database Procedure Owner, you are enabling the delivery of robust, downtime optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management activities operated within ECS.
+ Manage relationship between different stakeholder groups inside and outside ECS Delivery.
+ You will take ownership of integration scenarios and operational processes considering accelerated growth (RISE with SAP).
+ Drive issue resolution together with the team and utilizing the expert network.
+ Focus of your activities will be increasing automation along with stabilization improvements to help Operations to reduce manual effort and cost structure (lower TCO) and deliver faster services to our customer
**Experience ( Role Requirements**
+ Minimum 10 years' experience as Technical SAP NetWeaver Basis and Database Consultant.
+ Strong Database Administration (SAP HANA) including Upgrades, HA/DR, Backup & Recovery, System Operations know-how ideally in multi-cloud environment would be preferred.
+ Best practices experience in Databases (SAP HANA, ASE & Other Databases) / SAP application / technology / solution (NetWeaver)
+ Professional experience in Cloud infrastructure, system administration or as a technical consultant in SAP cloud implementation & migration projects
+ Knowledge in design and structuring of integrated E2E Lifecycle Management Procedures
+ Preferable database skills for HANA and ASE, other database vendors welcome (MAXDB, IQ, SQL Server)
+ Project management skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Willingness and experience working in international teams.
+ Ideally familiar with trending technologies and tools
