  • Solid understanding of n8n , APIs , webhooks , OpenAI models , and JSON data mapping
  • Familiarity with integrating tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Twilio , etc.
  • Analytical mindset, able to map messy business processes into logical, automated systems
  • Excellent English communication and documentation skills
  • Self-driven and organized, able to own small projects end-to-end

About Converse AI

We’re one of Australia’s fastest-growing AI automation agencies.

We design AI workflows that eliminate repetitive admin across voice, email, CRM, and document systems for SMEs, helping businesses in construction, finance, architecture, and beyond save hundreds of hours a month.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the Founder and Lead Developer to build, test, and maintain automation systems for real client projects.

Every week, you’ll:

- Build and test workflow automations inside n8n
- Connect and orchestrate APIs between CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other tools
- Debug, document, and maintain automation flows
- Run QA tests and client UAT before delivery
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization after go-live
- Translate business requirements into clean, modular automation logic
