- Connect and orchestrate APIs between CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and other tools
- Debug, document, and maintain automation flows
- Run QA tests and client UAT before delivery
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization after go-live
- Translate business requirements into clean, modular automation logic
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of experience in automation, scripting, or integration work (academic or freelance acceptable)
- Solid understanding of n8n, APIs, webhooks, OpenAI models, and JSON data mapping
- Familiarity with integrating tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Twilio, etc.
- Analytical mindset, able to map messy business processes into logical, automated systems
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
- Self-driven and organized, able to own small projects end-to-end
