We are looking for a Consultant with significant background in the Automotive industry with hands-on knowledge and experience in Embedded systems. The primary role of the Consultant would be to integrate company’s Automotive Engineering capabilities with Consultant’s deep knowledge and insights of the industry to offer clients game changing solutions and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities & Functions:
1. Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Serve as Strategic Advisor for promoting company’s Automotive Embedded Systems capabilities to large Automotive OEMs and Tier Ones worldwide.
2. Client & Business Development
- Support company’s Consulting practice
- Support pre-sales and contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and development of POCs and MVPs tailored for the automotive sector, strategic deal shaping.
- Contribute to practice growth, service innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
3. Domain Expertise & Solutions Architecture
- Provide deep insights to substantially improve Efficiency and Productivity of Automotive Product Engineering Operations within our client base:
- Support design and architecture of AI / ML driven business and technology solutions
- Hands on experience with multiple global vehicle programs
- Knowledge of contemporary technologies and tool chains in Automotive Engineering
4. Program Delivery & Governance
- Support multi-year transformation programs in Vehicle Embedded Systems, Feature Based Product Engineering and Software Defined Vehicles.
- Advise on governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with variety of Automotive protocols and quality standards including ISO, AutoSAR and ASPICE .
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 20+ years in global Automotive Engineering sector with a strong blend of consulting, operational, and executive-level experience
- Proven leadership in global transformation programs or strategy consulting roles
- 360o Knowledge and Experience in Automotive Product Engineering from Requirements Engineering to Start of Production

Coordinate with COEs, CAE teams, prototype teams, and validation teams to define, communicate, and validate performance targets throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. Collate requirements from external customers (PM, marketing, product planning, service, styling) to converge product design and delivery. Manage durability and other performance delivery from initialization to SOP as per MEPDS guidelines.
