- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key raw materials, components, and services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of international trade and logistics is a plus.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM) is advantageous.
