• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety, with a strong focus on Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO Annex 19, EASA, FAA, or equivalent aviation safety regulations.
• Proven experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Familiarity with safety reporting systems and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., certified safety professional - CSP, aviation safety professional - ASP) are a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive safety culture.

• Architecting and designing advanced Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and solutions.
• Defining system requirements, specifications, and interface control documents for ATM components.
• Evaluating and integrating new technologies in surveillance, navigation, communication, and automation for ATM.
• Collaborating with regulatory authorities (e.g., DGCA, FAA, EASA) to ensure compliance with aviation standards.
• Developing and validating complex system models and simulations for ATM performance analysis.
• Overseeing the integration and testing of ATM systems with existing infrastructure and operational environments.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams working on ATM projects.
• Troubleshooting complex system issues and developing effective solutions.
• Contributing to the development of operational procedures and safety case documentation.
• Staying abreast of global trends and advancements in aviation and air traffic management.
• Managing vendor relationships and technical evaluations for ATM-related procurements.

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation systems engineering, with a specialization in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
• In-depth knowledge of air traffic control operations, procedures, and regulations.
• Proven experience with surveillance systems (ADS-B, Radar), navigation systems (GPS, ILS), and communication systems (e.g., VHF, CPDLC).
• Familiarity with ATM system architectures, standards (e.g., ICAO, EUROCONTROL), and concepts (e.g., SESAR, NextGen).
• Experience with system modeling, simulation, and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a remote environment.
• Relevant aviation certifications or experience with air navigation service providers is highly desirable.

Description

Focuses on cost planning and control for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and IT systems in terminal and ancillary buildings. Prepares MEPF BOQs, supports tendering, reviews GFC drawings for quantity validation, and certifies monthly contractor bills. Liaises with design and site teams to align budgets with scope.
