- Budget Control and Cost optimization to deliver maximum throughput within the budget

- Commissioning and stabilization of operations for all new facilities
- Maintain necessary documentation/manuals as per statutory requirement
- Uphold checklist of necessary permits for smooth commencement of operations
- Drive operational excellence across all units of the Business
- Ensure timely operation with NIL fueling delays.
- Daily QC and routine inspections of facilities without deviations
- Adherence to safe business practices as laid down in SOP's/operations manuals
- To maintain all Operating manuals, statutory approvals, and other compliances including documentation / record-keeping in line with management guidelines

- Emergency Procedures & Equipment: Safety protocols, handling emergency situations, and equipment usage.
- Onboard Service Procedures: Standard service procedures for passengers, including food & beverage service, hospitality, and passenger assistance.
- Cabin Crew Announcements: Training students on effective in-flight announcements.
- First Aid: Educating students on first aid techniques and handling medical emergencies onboard.
- Minimum Education: 12th pass / Diploma / Degree.
- Work Experience: 10-15 years as a Cabin Crew , with:
- 2-3 years' experience in an International Airline (Preferred) OR
- 14 years in a Domestic Full-Service Airline.
- Age Requirement: 35-45 years.
