Qualifications and Skills: -
- Proven track record in managing strategic alliances and partnerships, preferably in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Managing Existing Brand Relationships:
- Oversee relationship aspects by leading and organizing mapping efforts within the organization.
- Supervise the servicing of existing brand relationships alongside the dedicated team.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage P&L for brands, ensuring commercial success.
- Work in tandem with the legal team to efficiently close agreements and manage legal aspects.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues for some of the largest Internet retailers on Epsilon's the Digital Media Solutions system: design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on client and business requirements
- Test and troubleshoot integrations and technical configurations
- Oversee the health of client accounts, identify enhancement opportunities and drive creative solutions that meet client marketing initiatives and anticipate future needs
- Be the technical subject matter expert while working with internal teams to drive the execution and delivery of key client Collaborate with Analytics, Account Management, Client Development, Media Managers, Studio and Software Development
- Thrive as an individual contributor and member of a very dynamic, collaborative Client Integration Help establish best practices across the enterprise and facilitate knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' experience in a technical role
- Excellent communication skills, ability to convey technical aspects to non-technical audience
- Prior consulting and analytical experience is
- Strong attention to detail/quality focus
- Prefer candidates with previous digital marketing experience, especially within the online display advertising space
- High level of expertise with web technologies and knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, shell, python, HTML, SQL) is a plus
- Strong command of SQL (querying and analyzing) and hands on programming experience with JavaScript

The Client Integration team serves a central role by providing unparalleled customer service with our clients and internal stakeholders. This team provides a unique hybrid of engineering, consulting, and technical account management responsibilities.
