In this Role you will be Responsible for:

• Should have experience in ED
• The coder reads the documentation to understand the patient's diagnoses assigned.
• Transforming of healthcare diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment into universal medical alphanumeric codes
• Creating uniform vocabulary for describing the causes of injury, illness & death is the role of medical coders.
• Medical coding allows for Uniform documentation between medical facilities.
• The main task of a medical coders is to review clinical statements and assign standard Codes

Requirements of the role include:

• 1 Year of experience in any Healthcare BPO - University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies in Life science/BPT/Pharm/Nursing
• Good knowledge in human Anatomy/Physiology
• 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST and the shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
• Flexibility to accommodate overtime and work on weekend basis business requirements.
• It is Mandatory to return to office based on client or business requirement.

What Will You Do

• Review and analyses ED medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Assign ICD 10CM, CPT and HCPCS codes for diagnosis, procedures, and services provided in the ED
• Abstract clinical data for reporting, billing and quality improvement purposes and querying providers when necessary.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the department
• Stay updated on coding guidelines, Payer policies and regulatory changes
• Assist in reducing claim denials by ensuring correct and complete coding

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 2+ Years of Medical coding in ED Profee specialty is required
• AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory
• Any Graduation is required
• Must have good knowledge of medical terminology, ICD 10CM, CPT and HCPCS coding
• Good analytical skills and communication
• Ability to work independently and manage the deadlines

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Proficiency in MS Office/excel
• Experience in coding software or encoder (3M, Trucode, Optum)
• Familiarity with HER/EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, etc.,)
• Knowledge of multiple coding specialties (ED,EM (OP&IP), etc.

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical CAD Designer within the Automotive Wiring Harness & Electrical Modules/Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and integration of electrical components. Your responsibilities will include conducting benchmarking and packaging studies to determine optimal locations for electrical modules and systems within vehicles. You will independently design attachment schemes and brackets for these systems, making informed technical decisions in collaboration with D&R Engineers and suppliers. A core part of this role involves utilizing CAD software for comprehensive wiring harness design, including wiring optimization studies and the creation of detailed drawings. You will also work closely with the Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineering (EESE) team, providing support and developing innovative engineered solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of vehicle architecture and a keen eye for manufacturing, assembly, and service feasibility.

Education Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience working in automotive wiring harness & electrical modules/systems (e.g., Audible Vehicle Alert System, Engine Control Module / Unit, Combined Sensor Module, ADAS-Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Good working experience in CATIA V5 (GSD, Part Modelling, Drawing & Electrical Harness Design).
• Prior experience in Tier 1, Service Industry, or OEMs is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in performing benchmarking and packaging studies on electrical modules/systems and defining their locations in a vehicle.
• Ability to independently design attachment schemes or bracket designs for electrical modules/systems.
• Proficiency in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for plastic and sheet metal components is essential for creating resilient designs.
• Strong CAD experience in Wiring harness, wiring optimization studies, and drawing creation.
• Familiarity with Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub-Groups, Systems, and Sub-Systems.
• Proficient in assessing manufacturing feasibility, assembly, and service feasibility.
• Strong communication skills to handle Program Stakeholders & Suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

• Coding and abstracting information from provider patient medical records and hospital ancillary records per facility and/or state requirements.
• Assigning appropriate billing codes based on medical documentation using CPT-4 and/or ICD-9 coding guidelines.
• Querying physicians when code assignments are not straightforward or when documentation in the record is inadequate, ambiguous, or unclear for coding purposes.
• Monitoring the unbilled accounts report for outstanding and/or un-coded encounters to reduce accounts receivable days.
• Following strict coding guidelines within established productivity standards.
• Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance coding knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality.

Required Skills for this role include:

• 3+ years of experience working with CPT and ICD-9 coding principles, governmental regulations, protocols, and third-party requirements regarding medical billing.
• Coding certification is Mandatory, and should have exposure in ED
• 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
