    The B2B Marketing Specialist will join a high-growth Marketing team in our Gurgaon office to help develop and oversee our B2B marketing campaigns to promote our brands and platform to our vendors. We are looking for a highly driven professional to join us as we continue growing and doing a lot of exciting campaigns and work ahead. 

    The B2B Marketing Specialist will drive demand generation across 13 different markets and support local campaigns in India. This role is crucial to fueling our sales pipeline and expanding our footprint in one of the world's most vibrant business landscapes. The individual will be a highly organized and analytical marketer, able to manage multiple internal stakeholders and competing priorities, whilst also having fun! 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demand Generation:  Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy that spans across 13 different international markets, tailoring approaches to each market's unique needs and preferences.
  • Market Expertise : Become an expert in the Indian market, understanding its dynamics, trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors. Utilize this knowledge to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the Indian audience and support the local sales team.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers. Leverage various channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing, to achieve demand generation objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive marketing content, including emails, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media posts, and more. Tailor the content to address the specific pain points and preferences.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation programs to attract potential customers and manage lead nurturing efforts to move prospects through the sales funnel. Monitor lead quality and conversion rates to ensure the sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality leads.
  • Local Campaigns: Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams in India to provide guidance, best practices, and support for local campaigns. Help ensure that the local efforts align with the global marketing strategy while catering to India's unique market characteristics.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance and key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Experience in marketing specialist and demand generation roles
  • Minimum 2.5-3 years of experience in marketing & sales, events, or PR agency 
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills to be able to to engage with your target audience and design new strategies to grow the brand awareness 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong project management skills: No one can keep track of details like you can. You love bringing a project to life, but even more so, you love making sure all the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly (and at the right time!)
