Role Description

This is a full-time IT Recruitment Manager(For Supply team) role located on-site in Noida. The IT Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. They will also handle account management activities and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.


Qualifications

  • 7 to 12 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring skills
  • Candidate should need to have high number of team management experience
  • Candidate should be from IT Staffing/Consulting Company .
  • 7 Years Experience in Information Technology recruiting
  • Account Management/Multiple Client Handling Experience skills
  • Candidate should need have high volume hiring Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with candidate assessment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
