Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial/Lead role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
