The Backend Coordinator – Network is responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This role involves proactive network monitoring, quick incident response, coordination with field teams, and effective problem resolution to maintain optimal network availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and ensure continuous availability of services.
Identify, analyse, and troubleshoot network-related incidents in real time.
Provide Level 1/2 support for network faults and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate with field technical teams and vendors for timely problem resolution.
Maintain incident logs, prepare reports, and update on network status.
Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with SLAs for uptime, response, and resolution times.
Support implementation of network upgrades, changes, and configurations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
Experience in NOC operations, network monitoring tools, and incident management systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for interaction with field teams.
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)

About the Function:
Projects & Engineering function manages capital investments for expansion of DS and DP manufacturing facilities globally that are either greenfield or brownfield. With a team of about 50 and split into various verticals including Process Engineering, Automation and Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Project Management, Commercial, Civil, and Site execution.
Project manager will manage the project in close coordination with all the stakeholders to ensure scope of the project is met.
About the Role:
- Responsible for management of the project from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the project.
- Keeping a track of Project cost, schedule, scope and cash flow.
- Provide regular project updates, reports and status information.
