Role Overview

As an Investment Banking Associate (SME) at Scry AI, you will serve as the bridge between product and capital markets expertise. Your experience in deal execution, financial modeling, and investor communication will inform how we build and refine automation solutions that assist banking analysts and associates in their high-pressure, data-intensive roles.


Key Responsibilities

1. Domain Expertise & Workflow Design

  • Map out investment banking processes including M&A, fundraising, IPO readiness, and pitchbook creation.
  • Define templates, metrics, and document types (teasers, CIMs, term sheets) used in banking workflows.
  • Contribute input on financial models, DCFs, comps, and transaction multiples to guide automation logic.


2. Product Collaboration
