    Essential Requirements

    Job Purpose  

  • Manage day to day transaction of Institutional Banking Group clients in Trade and Cash. Work closely with the client, Central Operations, Business unit, Branch, Bizcare India and other stake holders and also ensure that client escalations, queries both transactional and Non-transactional gets addressed and resolved. Drive metrics to ensure seamless servicing 
  • Key Accountabilities  

  • Responsible for ensuring that the Customer servicing requirements of Trade, Payments and Loans transactions are handled seamlessly ensuring superior customer experience. 
  • Job Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Coordinating end to end life cycle of the Transaction and post transaction queries
  • Service reviews with the client, BU (IBG, GTS) and other SU (Branch, Ops etc.)
  • Regular Service review Meeting with clients to get first hand update about the client feedback on servicing, identify pain points, action items & track to delivery for improvement in customer service.
  • Ensuring proper queue management with minimal / nil ageing transactions pending in the queue.
  • Client abd stakeholder Management.
  • Required Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Transaction banking (Trade, Payments & Loans) with responsibility for operations & client servicing. Client Servicing experience is a must. 
  • Education / Preferred Qualifications  

  • Graduate with Commerce background preferred.
  • Post Graduation with specialization in Finance will be an added advantage. 
  • Core Competencies  

  • Complete knowledge of end-to-end process flow of Trade, Payments, Loans transactions.
  • Knowledge of RBI and related regulations.
  • Knowledge of customer pain points, customer servicing requirements in the Trade, Payments, and loans business.
  • Ability to identify pain points & work with various internal stakeholders in streamlining the transaction journey for the customer, thus improving customer experience.
  • Customer friendly / customer experience focussed approach
  • Technical Competencies  

  • Knowledge of RBI regulations & related regulatory / ICC guidelines relating to the Trade, Loans & Payments
  • Customer Servicing skills.
  • People Management skills. 
  • Work Relationship  

  • The role would need close working / discussions / interactions with BU (Business Unit) IBG & GTS, T&M & SU (Support Unit) – Central Operations, Branch Operations.
  • The role would also involve discussions / interactions / meetings with the end customers.

  • Account services team is responsible for managing several types of corporate customer onboarding and static data maintenances in several systems.
  • Key Requirements

    Key Accountabilities

  • Handling system maintenance for onboarding customers in corporate net baking system, Debit card system, collection system, Corporate UPI system etc.
  • Regulatory reporting & adherence to guidelines issued by RBI & other authorities.
  • Manage process risks & Management awareness of incidents.
  • Ensure systems are geared as per business requirements.
  • Ensures High level of employee engagement.
  • UAT for product enhancement & development in systems.
  • Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer onboarding and maintenance in online platforms.
  • Liaising with Product team/Branches/Risk team/Recon team/RM’s etc for Smooth operations.
  • Own the Customer Transaction end to end.
  • Open to work and perform in dynamic environment and under pressure situations, wherein individual skill combines with team's performance to determine the success of the unit.
  • Understanding & highlighting the risks in the process and work on process improvements
  • Handling various internal & external audits independently and keeping the unit audit-ready at all points of time.
  • Ensure that the Team and self KPI’s and KRI’s are managed and maintained as per the unit’s expected standards.
  • Ensuring the transactions are done as per the processes and policies of the bank.
  • Capable of managing project level deliverables and targets
  • Ensuring all reconciliations are performed in timely manner.
  • Required Experience

  • At least 3- 5 years’ experience in banking
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of Work Experience in handling the operations (retail and corporate).
  • Should have handled Projects related to some kind of system implementation/migration.
  • Should have strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
  • Handling all types of customer complaints, enquiries and Queries.
  • Excellent Client / Customer management skills, business orientation.
  • Be capable of ensuring smooth transition without impacting customer deliverables, to manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis,
  • Should possess proven track record in working on projects.
  • Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / post-graduate with relevant work experience in working in the Corporate Account maintenance Unit.
  • Technical Competencies

  • Good knowledge of Finacle Version 10.2 and above
  • Expert MS Excel capabilities/QlikView/Data 360.

    Job Purpose

  • Manage Priority Sector Lending Operations responsible for specific loan products – Co lending, BC Lending, Direct Assignment deals.
  • Key Requirements

  • Processing of Loan transactions as per the agreed SLA

  • Pass requisite reconciliation entries so as to keep the accounts clean

  • Ensuring the GLAO and other reconciliations are performed in timely manner
  • Required Experience

  • Candidate should have Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Loan Operations.
  • Should have strong knowledge of various corporate and retail loan aspects wrt. Disbursement parameters, EMI calculation, loan servicing products.
  • Handling all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries. Interacting with beneficiary / beneficiary bank / issuing bank regarding any clarification with respect to loan/securitization transactions.
  • Should possess good MS excel capabilities and have a proven track record in working with such projects.
  • Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate with relevant work experience in working in the Loan Ops Unit.
