Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing of lithium battery packs - structural designing and analysis on component and pack level.
• Part of the team responsible for designing thermal management systems for lithium battery packs - heat transfer analysis, performing CFD simulations, testing prototypes.
• Hands-on involvement with component designing / selection and responsible for engaging with fabricators and suppliers for procuring parts for prototype building.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement sophisticated algorithms for State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), and State of Power (SoP) estimation.
• Conduct detailed analysis of battery performance data, including cell characterization, pack-level testing, and thermal modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to integrate BMS with vehicle electrical architecture and powertrain components.
• Define requirements for battery system hardware and software, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for BMS hardware and software, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and vehicle-level testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to battery pack performance, safety, and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis for battery system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development of battery system safety strategies, including thermal runaway prevention and fault mitigation.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in battery technology, EV powertrains, and relevant industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the battery systems team.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and analysis results.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in battery systems engineering, with a focus on electric vehicles or energy storage.
• Proven expertise in Battery Management Systems (BMS) design and implementation.

Role Summary:   

The Renewable Energy Analyst is responsible for overseeing the energy modelling and forecasting of energy generated by renewable assets (wind, solar, etc.). The role requires to identify the stakeholders for communication and coordination for the power dispatch activities (IPPs &Distribution Companies) to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates, entitlements, grid stability and consumer demands. The role must perform extensive research on the trend in renewable energy market across globe with clear understanding on the stakeholders in green power procurement and supply. 

Key Tasks & Accountability:   

Energy modelling & Forecasting :  

• Develop accurate energy generation forecasts based on weather data, historical trends, and plant capacity utilization.  
• Energy modelling from the renewable energy assets (solar, wind, etc).  
• Research on the renewable market trends across the globe, specifically Japan & US.  

Entitlement & Compliance :  

• Extensive research on the identification of stake holders and the process in renewable energy power purchase and supply to the end consumers.  
• Gain good idea on the changing policy and regulatory framework of the renewable energy sector across globe, specifically Japan & US 

Skills:   

• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy sector 
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, entitlements, grid codes, and PPAs related to renewable energy.  
• Familiarity with communication protocols and coordination processes with renewable power producers and consumers.  
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools/software used for forecasting and scheduling.

JOB DESCRIPTION –

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Coordinator to manage the operational, financial, and performance aspects of renewable energy projects. The role will involve working with SAP systems for procurement and accounting processes, monitoring the performance of renewable energy assets, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets.

• Monitor and track asset performance using advanced tools to ensure efficiency and uptime.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and implement improvement strategies.

SAP and Accounting:

• Manage SAP-based workflows for purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and goods receipt notes (GRN) for renewable energy projects and Management.

• Process invoices and ensure accurate allocation of costs to renewable energy assets in alignment with accounting policies.

• Prepare and submit financial reports on asset performance, cost breakdowns, and profitability analyses.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data for renewable energy assets.

• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience:

2. Expertise in SAP modules, especially for procurement and financial accounting processes.
