PARC offers a unique setting for people to start their recovery journey and resume their role in the community by providing coordinated, recovery-oriented treatment and support.
The PARC Senior Clinician provides expert clinical knowledge, leadership and advanced organisation skills to ensure the delivery of an integrated mental health service to the consumers utilising this service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience and sound working knowledge of mental health.
- Ability to conduct assessments, formulate comprehensive treatment strategies, maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, identify and liaise with other key agencies/carers/family involved in the treatment of the client.
- Work collaboratively with our partnership agency and client to develop and implement individual care plans for PARC consumers.
- A knowledge and ability to facilitate consumer and family/carer participation at all levels within the service.
