**What Does a great Analytics Professional do at Fiserv?**
Fiserv is looking for a talented analytical professional who plays a crucial role in an organization by leveraging their skills and expertise to extract valuable insights from data, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to the organization's success. Using product knowledge, subject matter expertise and technical skills, you will provide the highest level of service to resolve the client/customer's issues.
**What will you do:**
+ Deep dive data analysis, detect patterns in data and present analysis to business
+ Work with business for requirements gathering and building analytical solution
+ Understand business drivers and how data is used to inform and drive decisions and behaviors.
+ Conducting complex analysis using statistical and other quantitative techniques.
+ Work with large volumes of data and apply ML techniques towards solving business problems
+ Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing techniques.
+ Applying statistical methods & techniques for problem solving
+ Ensure timely delivery of the project
+ Results are oriented towards excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Communicate validation findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through written reports or presentations.
+ Effective communication stakeholders.
**What you will need to have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Statistics/mathematics or equivalent qualification
+ 3-5 years of experience in solving business problems by applying advanced statistics.
+ Hands-on experience of statistical tools like Python and R.
+ Expertise in Python with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
+ Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks along with solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
**What would be nice to have:**
+ Good to have analysis using Cloud databases like Snowflake and Azure.
+ Knowledge of GenAI and its usage.
+ Good to have banking and Payment domain.
