This role involves collaborating with researchers from leading frontier labs to create realistic RTL design and verification problems reflecting industry complexity and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL, as well as experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools.
We're seeking talented engineers who can work directly with our research team to understand agent capabilities and training requirements. The successful candidate will be able to develop and optimize containerized environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing effective solutions for RTL design and verification problems
- Becoming familiar with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
- Collaborating with our research team to ensure the challenges meet industry standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
- Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
