We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute industrial projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within steel, ferrochrome, or similar heavy manufacturing/processing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver assigned projects within timelines and budget .
- Oversee project planning and control , including material planning, indenting, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate process planning and liaise with subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Lead design reviews to ensure manufacturing feasibility and efficiency.
- Identify, develop, and manage fixtures, devices, and manufacturing instructions for critical processes.
- Build and manage a strong supplier base for cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Identify and select vendors, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement space-saving techniques for storage, identification, and movement of materials.
- Develop alternate sourcing strategies to ensure continuity of supply and cost competitiveness.
- Prepare and monitor project cost sheets, highlighting potential cost overruns.
- Conduct periodic reviews of production targets, achievements, and deviations to develop corrective action plans.
- Serve as the central coordinator , integrating functions such as procurement, implementation, and finance.
- Implement systems for proper material identification and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Engineering graduate in Electrical & Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Civil.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management—preferably within steel, ferrochrome, or heavy manufacturing/processing plant maintenance.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
