- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, engineering principles, and construction processes.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and BEPs.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution workflows.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Familiarity with various project delivery methods (e.g., IPD, D&B).
