In this role, you will:

As fullstack developer build, integrate and test Java Spring boot Microservices to deliver business functionality

Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing production system (Cloud / non cloud) and non-production systems (Cloud / non cloud), to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of the same.

Verifies Build, release and configuration management of production and non-production systems to ensures the deployment meets client's expectations by interacting with infrastructure, change management, QA, DBA and application teams

Leads the Pre-Production Acceptance Testing to assure that the quality of our Build, release mechanism procedure is maintained as per standards

Leads all support requests, incidents, issues, tickets and business continuity activities, to ensure flawless and quality delivery of services to end users

Leads Service Sustainability activities (leading and coordinating software and hardware upgrades)

Responsible for technical support of production applications and infrastructure

Leads and collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability

Lead the reporting of critical outages to management and business partners until successful resolution and deals effectively with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature.

Leads the development and implementation of contingency plans including reliable backup and restore procedures, also of continuity/disaster recovery risks and mitigation plans.

Leads the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans with different stakeholders

Evaluates existing applications, platforms and provides recommendations for improving performance by conducting gap analysis, identifying feasible alternative solutions, and assisting in the scope of modifications

Suggesting architecture improvements and recommending process improvements.

Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.

Willing to be the first to try new technologies, and be able to quickly produce proof of concept

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you shouldmeet the following requirements:

Previous experienced working in Financial Services and/or Banking Operations, beneficial but not essential.

University degree is required

Languages: Good knowledge of Java based n-tier application (preferably with spring framework)

Any RDBMS or NoSQL Databases. PostgreSQL experience will be added advantage

Should be able to work independently on technical analysis, development and DevOps Activities and take ownership

Development experience (8 – 12 years)

Basic knowledge on Blockchain and Distributed ledger technologies and should be flexible to work in any new technology/ languages related to Blockchain

Should have worked in following Blockchain technologies like Distributed Ledger Technologies (Ethereum, Corda, IBM Hyperledger Fabric)

Languages: Any blockchain native language such as Go, Java, Kotlin, Solidity or any other functional programming language like DAML

Exposure to Cryptography technologies

Should have experience in JavaScript technologies (such as ReactJS/Angular) and HTML5

Cloud experience will be desirable

Experience in CI/CD will be helpful – tools like Jenkins, Ansible.

Issue/Work Tracking: Jira, RTC

Should have experience of working with Production live service
