As an Analyst within Strategy & Consulting, you’ll work across diverse industries and practices, helping clients solve their most complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. You’ll collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative strategies and solutions that drive business transformation and create lasting value.  

What You’ll Do:   

As part of the Strategy & Consulting team, you’ll have the opportunity to work within one or more of the following practices:   

  • Data & AI:   
    Harness the power of data and artificial intelligence to drive insights, innovation, and business outcomes.  
    Ideal Background: Degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI is a plus.  

  • CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV):   
    Partner with CFOs to optimize financial performance, unlock enterprise value, and drive sustainable growth.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in financial analysis or corporate finance is beneficial.  

  • Supply Chain & Operations (SCO):   
    Transform supply chains and operations to enhance efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields. Experience in operations or supply chain management is a plus.  

  • Talent & Organization (T&O):   
    Reimagine workforce strategies, enhance employee experiences, and enable organizational agility.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business, or related fields. Experience in HR or organizational development is advantageous.  

  • Transformation Advisory:   
    Guide clients through complex transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable impact.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience in project management or consulting is beneficial.  

  • Enterprise Architecture:   
    Design and implement scalable architectures that enable business agility and innovation.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business or related fields. Experience in IT architecture or systems design is a plus.  

  • Operating Model (Ops Model):   
    Redefine operating models to align with strategic priorities and drive efficiency.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Business, Management, Economics, Information Technology or related fields. Experience in organizational design or process improvement is advantageous.  

  • Enterprise Strategy:   
    Develop forward-thinking strategies that position clients for long-term success in a rapidly changing world.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Business, Economics, Political Science, Data Science or related fields. Experience in strategy development or market analysis is beneficial.  

  • Technology Strategy:   
    Shape technology roadmaps and strategies that enable digital transformation and business growth.  
    Ideal Background:  Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related fields. Experience in technology consulting or digital transformation is a plus.

Who We’re Looking For  

We’re seeking talented graduates who are passionate about solving complex problems and driving impactful change. 

Successful candidates will: 

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident. 

  • Have graduated between October 2022 and December 2025 and available to start role from March 2026. 

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. 

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams. 

  • Have a proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
