- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and classic banking customers , ensuring deep engagement and strong relationship management.
- Drive sales and cross-selling of banking products including:
- Current Accounts , CASA
- Life Insurance (LI) and General Insurance (GI)
- Demat Accounts , investment products, and other retail banking offerings
- Acquire new clients through branch walk-ins, references, and outbound activities.
- Ensure excellent customer onboarding experience and seamless integration into classic portfolio services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer solutions based on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
