**The team you will be a part of**
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the complete Agra Branch and responsible for formulating and executing the Business plan in Home Appliances. You will lead a Team ASMs and Retail Executives to deliver the set objectives across all key channels.

**Your responsibilities will include**
+ Proactively identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of primary & secondary targets
+ Identifying & targeting new business opportunities and continuously expanding the existing clientele base through sales promotional activities
+ Optimizing channel functions & flows, direct & indirect channel partner's counter-wise targets, all-monthly channel partner's incentives & payouts; ensuring optimum inventory levels with dealers to meet market requirementsDeveloping / sustaining the existing network & effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of products
+ Devising target incentive and promotional schemes to generate / maximise and achieve yearly volumes with a motivated sales force
**Minimum requirements**
+ Minimum 8 years experience in similar roles
+ Full Time Graduate with MBA from Reputed institutes
