Job Role :


The Store Manager will be responsible for handling overall store operations, supervising staff to maximize sales, maintain exceptional levels of customer service, developing & maintaining customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for entire store operations.
  2. To design customer experience strategy that every employee should be well versed in value delivered and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  3. To develop, direct and measure the execution of strategic annual/long-term plans in order to meet and exceed sales and revenue commitments/goals. Drive financial performance & aim to exceed targets.
  4. Develop client service strategies and programs to support sales growth and provide the ultimate shopping experience for each customer.
  5. Effectively manage store staff and all relevant people issues.
  6. Take accountability for all operational functions, inventory & merchandise of the store.
  7. Must be aware of the market trends and competition.

  9. Act as a strong brand representative. Training & motivating staff to meet the allotted targets.


Qualifications, Skills and Personal Attributes Required:

  • 8-12 years of retail management experience in a similar high-end related field (luxury / high fashion / designer apparel industry desired)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics and designer labels.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to translate corporate objectives into store-level strategies.
  • Exceptional customer focus and client relationship management abilities
  • Very strong people management skills
  • Knowledge of retail math and cash management techniques
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English (other relevant languages are highly beneficial)
  • Excellent organizational skills, Flexibility and solution orientation, with the ability to reprioritize tasks as necessary
  • High levels of energy, optimism and self-motivation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee and manage the inventory and warehousing operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, and should possess a solid understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and inventory control systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including raw materials (APIs, excipients), packaging materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines in warehousing and material handling.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) and ensure all materials are stored as per specifications.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Monitor and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation .
  • Implement and monitor FIFO / FEFO principles effectively.
  • Material Handling and Documentation:
  • Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain and update all store records – GRNs, stock registers, material requisitions, etc.
  • Ensure accurate documentation as per cGMP and audit requirements.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of store assistants, operators, and forklift drivers.
  • Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Compliance and Audits:
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.).
  • Ensure readiness for all quality and regulatory inspections.
  • ERP & Digital Systems:
  • Operate and manage inventory through ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / customized inventory software).
  • Generate regular inventory and MIS reports for management.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field. A diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years in pharmaceutical store/warehouse management.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of pharma regulations , GMP, GDP.
  • Familiarity with handling APIs, excipients, cold chain, hazardous materials (if applicable).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems .
