+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely setup of production lines, utilities, and support systems.
+ Team Management: Hiring, Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement I collaboration with HR
+ Champion Lean Management tools and methodologies (Kaizen, PSP, VPM, Daily Management, etc.) to build a lean, agile, and high-performance manufacturing culture.
+ Drive standard work, visual management, and problem-solving practices across all levels.
+ Implement robust quality systems and ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage daily operations, production planning, and resource allocation to meet customer demand and quality expectations. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical /Production Engineering or related field) with 12-14 yrs of relevant experience, with 7-8 yrs of managing medium size teams in Manufacturing.
+ M.Tech/M.S/MBA will be preferred
+ 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and Operations, preferably in filtration or precision engineering domains.
+ Proven success in leading greenfield or brownfield manufacturing setups. Experience in line transfer projects will be preferred.
+ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience in regulatory compliance, process validation and commercial production launch.
+ Willingness to travel: 20-30% including International Travel.
