Amazon is seeking bright, motivated and hardworking individuals to fill Sort Center Learning Manager Position at our SC (Sort center). The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethics, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to customer service as it relates to product fulfillment. This position may be required to use radio frequency scanners, move shipments to the right location, perform operations like unloading/loading a tuck, perform sortation, moving shipments to the right location inside the facility and handle exceptions when it occurs. SC Trainers are expected to understand all aspects of production, adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards, and be willing to work in multiple shifts. Job Role and Responsibilities
- Employee Development
- Help and assist the Learning Manager to foster the development and growth of Amazon.com employees.
- Help and assist the LM to create and implement training plans for managers, trainers and others.
- Creates/updates accurate and useful information on-the-job tasks, SOPs and training aids/visuals/OPLs.
- Identify any production and scheduling conflicts, and report swiftly to LM.
- Responsible for managing the learning department so that new and existing SC associates, specialists, and managers are optimally trained and developed.
- Identify potential ambassadors/trainers and groom them to take various Sort Center process training.
Leadership
- Lead team of associates, ambassadors and Trainers.
- Develop and manage cross functional team to meet the operational needs.
- Track metrics of associates, ambassadors and trainers and report any gaps to LM.
- Working with Stakeholder and site operation team as enablers to attain site performance goals
Administrative
- Update, track and record training, including progress and skill sets.
- Help and assist to create and manage training content and documentation.
- Understand and implement methods for gathering and tracking training metrics.
- Track and communicate assignments and progress.
- Conduct training and compliance audits on associates.
Physical Demands
- Willing to regularly stand and/or walk during Shifts.

    POSITION SUMMARY:  The Communication Coach is responsible for evaluating agents and coaching them on communication and language proficiency to ensure that communication and language used on calls is at acceptable standards.

    JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Remote monitoring and side by side/live call monitoring of calls & providing detailed feedback to the advisor
  • Responsible to coach the agents and to develop their communication styles & customer service skills (this could include sentence construction, grammar, rate of speech, clarity of speech, pronunciation of process specific words, or soft skills like call control etc.)
  • Work closely with the BU to improve the performance of the bottom quartile in terms of NPS scores
  • Motivating the advisors to improve their service and voice quality and reiterating importance of NPS
  • Design and run campaigns to improve the overall NPS for the process
  • Proficient in identifying gaps in the skills set of the advisors and conduct refresher /remedial trainings on the top defect areas
  • Arranging initiatives and/or campaigns with focus on voice and customer service quality
    Maintaining & Preparing Daily trackers, reports and Weekly/monthly dashboard for reviews
  • Participate in Calibrations and achieve the variance targets laid down by the departments
