**Role Overview**:
As a Brand Building & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, leading digital marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement across digital platforms. You'll work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure our brand speaks consistently and effectively to our audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to increase visibility, awareness, and loyalty
- Create and manage engaging content in line with brand voice and positioning
- Monitor brand sentiment and campaign performance, and use data to inform improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain brand consistency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Manage social media presence and develop strategies to grow and engage our community
- Track and report KPIs, including ROI and conversion rates
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand strategy and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush)
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills
- Proven ability to create compelling content and lead marketing campaigns
