Role Overview:
Sosin IAS Academy, India’s premier institution for UPSC Civil Services Examination preparation, is looking for a proactive and motivated Student Counselor cum Marketing Executive (Male). This role demands a dynamic individual who can guide aspirants in selecting the right courses, represent the academy in promotional events, and contribute to building the brand presence of Sosin IAS across Hyderabad and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling
- Guide students and parents on UPSC programs – General Studies, Optional Subjects, and Test Series.
- Assist with course selection, study modes (Offline / Live / Recorded), and exam planning.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries; ensure smooth admission conversions.
- Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Brand Promotion & Outreach
• Represent Sosin IAS Academy at seminars, colleges, and education events.
• Coordinate online and offline brand promotion activities.
• Support Sosin AI campaigns and institutional collaborations.
• Visit hostels and study centers to increase UPSC aspirant engagement.
Relationship Management
• Build and sustain relationships with students, parents, and partners.
• Gather feedback, testimonials, and support alumni interactions.
Required Skills
• Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Understanding of UPSC exam structure and student needs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead management tools.
• Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable for field and office roles.
Educational Qualification
• Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred: MBA in Marketing, Public Relations, or Education Management).
Compensation
• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
• Attractive incentives and performance-based bonuses.
Working Hours
Full-time | 6 days a week | Flexibility required for promotional events.
