About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, agile, and creative Brand Strategist who understands that content doesn’t just fill feeds — it becomes the digital voice of the brand.
As a Brand Strategist, you will play a leadership role in shaping, scaling, and future-proofing our clients’ brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and innovation, and requires equal parts storyteller, operator, and growth driver.
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy, Copy & Creative Directions
- Write and edit scripts, ad copies, and campaign messaging (must be proficient in AI prompts).
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative teams to deliver high-impact outputs across platforms.
- Build content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shorts for internal teams.
- Develop brand and content strategies rooted in business objectives and cultural insights.
- Support the Head of Content in creating tone of voice guides, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems for internal teams to implement.
- Act as the go-to authority on messaging, brand voice, and content direction.
- Audit brand presence across platforms and refine storytelling to maximize engagement.
- Own timelines, briefs, and deliverables across multiple campaigns to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Leadership & Client Relationships
- Own 2–3 major client relationships, serving as lead strategist and growth driver.
- Lead development of client brand strategies that grow long-term brand value.
- Captain cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
Growth & Performance
- Conduct brand and competitor audits, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Map a pipeline of high-value marketing opportunities (newsletters, digital assets, alliances & partnerships, events).
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends.
- Track ROI and optimize partnership performance.
Skills:
- Experience working with luxury, wellness, nutrition, or design-led brands .
- Familiarity with AI workflows, systems & content frameworks (must have)
- Strong appreciation or passion for design, typography, and color theory
- Loves everything tech & innovation within the creative space
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing personal brands, brand strategy, creator handles, or founder-led platforms (Must Have)
- The candidate must be Mumbai based and comfortable with hybrid & remote working models (Must Have)
- Experience working on personal branding + branded content in luxury, wellness, fitness, nutrition (Must Have) .
- Proven record of driving growth across Linkedin, Instagram & Youtube
- Are proactive, curious, and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Can balance community building and social media algorithms .
