Monitor and troubleshoot Amagi’s solution for clients’ digital media broadcast needs
● Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations. This includes various IP delivery models of the channel output.
● Document and update new and existing implementations, including diagrams, device configurations, rack layouts, etc.
Skills required:
● Bachelor in Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience related to Broadcast services, Computer Science, IT
● Good written and spoken communication skills
● Knowledge of broadband services (specifically broadcast video and audio services)
● Knowledge in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is a definite plus.
● Knowledge of VPN server and VLAN.
● Good to have – Experience in broadcasting systems.
● Like to resolve problems, be able to innovate, and find better ways to do things.
● Must be flexible and willing to respond to occasional out of regular hours issues
● Positive and persistent “can do” attitude.
● Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
