What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through every step of the process.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, valuations, and legal requirements.
- Build a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
- Actively generate leads and manage a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in real estate or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication in English is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).
Additional languages would be an asset such as Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian etc.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation (preferred but not mandatory).
RERA certification is a plus or a willingness to obtain it.
Experienced in the real estate market (at least 1 year of experience) or Freshers are welcomed too.
