**Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:**
+ Colgate-Palmolive is looking for an SAP FICO - Business process architect to join its Global support services organization. The Information Security Engineer will work closely with the GSSO FI team , cross functional team, SSO's and CBS and business users across the globe.
+ The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing SAP solutions in the General accounting & reporting for Colgate subsidiaries. The role requires the person to act as an expert of the global business processes within the function, own the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
+ The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
+ Ability to capture the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.
**Responsibilities:**
+ This position is for an Individual contributor who would be responsible for the following
+ Deliver day to day application support including response to emergencies (24x7)
+ Manage & perform the design, configuration & testing of SAP & other applications for projects, upgrades, implementations and roll outs
+ Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvement
+ Enforce global governance, project steps & documentation
+ Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution
+ Ability to function as support coordinator balancing resource loads, tracking SLA progress
+ Ability to craft functional specifications for developers for specific custom developments
+ Stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work
+ Mentor and coach junior developer resources
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Any Bachelor's Degree( Commerce graduates preferred),any post graduate, CA, ICWA/CMA
+ Strong oral & written communication skills
+ Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
+ Ability to seek and identify root cause
+ Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the SAP S/4 Hana environment for Finance applications.
+ Having domain experience of working in manufacturing organization
+ Experience on Material Ledger / Actual Costing is desirable
+ Experience on S/4HANA Account Based PA, Material Ledger would be an added advantage
+ Knowledge in ABAP debugging would be an added advantage

- acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for requests etc. related to authorizations in assigned focus areas (e.g. Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Purchasing)
- develops SAP scripts (e.g. Winshuttle scripts), supporting assigned focus areas (e.g. Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Purchasing)
- collaborates with functions, project teams, SAP module-experts, SAP developers, stakeholders in different parts of the organization (e.g. in country and/or service organizations) etc. on all Access Controls / Process Controls related matters
- acts as link / builds the bridge between Business and IT e.g.: understands and translates business requirements into IT-related language/requirements and vice vera
- leads and contributes to improvement initiatives and projects e.g. with service delivery units
- leads or contributes to the development of an integrated ERP Access Control Strategy and/or its implementation; In that: may lead parts of and contributes to ERP implementations, ERP upgrades, etc., and secures SoD conflict free setups right from the start
- builds and maintains an active ERP Access Control community of practice) (e.g. steers communication around the topic)
- educates/guides/orchestrates/coordinates ERP Access Control SPOCs (single points of contacts nominated across other departments/business units) acts as main/single point of contact for ERP Access Control in case of internal

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience with SAP Authorizations in one or more larger scale companies / a global setup (SAP S4, ECC, Fiori, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SAP GRC Access Control and experience in Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM) and Emergency Access Management (EAM)
- Experience with Audit Controls and Segregation of Duties.
- Experience with ERP/SAP system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, training and support
- Understanding of SAP GRC Process Control in relation to risk and control documentation and handling.
- Good understanding / experience with Finance / Procurement processes and SAP module(s).
- Experience with SAP scripting (e.g. Winshuttle a plus)
- Solid project management skills (experience with Agile project management methodologies a plus).Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present to, influence, guide, build consensus, and drive topics forward with teams across organizational lines (informal leadership)

+ **Influence Roadmaps:** **Influence product roadmaps and scope by defining requirements and solutions for partner-impacting tools related to transformation, optimization, and business operations.**
+ **Report Business Value:** **Develop and report on key business metrics, outcomes, and value derived from resolved problems.**
+ **Lead Policy & Process Improvement:** **Drive improvements in policy, compliance, and processes, collaborating with Business Units, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams to align on impacts and changes.**
+ **Own End-to-End Solutions:** **Drive and own end-to-end solutions, including establishing and handling closed-loop feedback mechanisms.**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **Commerce Operations Expertise:** **demonstrated ability in commerce operations (e.g., Quote-to-Cash), including proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., CCW, CCW-R, EA) and processes.**
+ **Transformation Project Expertise:** **5+ years of experience supporting large-scale commerce transformation or continuous improvement automation projects.**
+ **Analytical & Influencing Skills:** **Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with a demonstrable ability to demonstrate data for critical decision-making.**
+ **Agile & SDLC Proficiency:** **Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile principles, and practical experience with tools like Jira Cloud and Jira Align.**

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Non-Exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year, at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco's flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use, but is subject to availability and some business limitations. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco's Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hire date and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may have available is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
