Managing IT teams to design, build and deliver IT solutions:
Associate would be expected to work with business teams to understand the requirements. Get clarity from business teams on the requirement and line it up with technical requirements.
Work with development teams to finalise the technical solutions.
Estimate the development efforts required and communicate the same to stakeholders.
Ensure quality of deliverables and ensure timely delivery of the projects.
Own and manage the direct to consumer development platforms.
Client and Business Stakeholder communication:

Team management and planning:
Be a mentor and a technical lead for IT teams and solve team members concerns and technical
doubts.
Have a hands on experience on Java, Oracle, Docker, AWS, JBOSS and ensure team
deliverables are on time with highest quality.
Plan and forecast system capacity as per business growth projections.

Experience and Skills

Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering Degree in IT or allied
fields.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
Flexibility to travel as needed
Executive presence and assertiveness.
Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in
variety of situations.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with internal supply chain business teams and external supply chain partners(Suppliers, Contract Manufacturers and Third-Party Logistics (3PLs)) in architecting and leading the supply chain planning solutions and drive planning process improvements that scales for TI (Technical Infrastructure) supply chain.
+ Architect innovative solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response to automate and scale business systems. Provide direction for architecture, design, build, and support activities required for enterprise software platforms and drive for excellence, performance, and security.
+ Define best practices for Kinaxis Rapid Response solution design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
+ Develop, build, and deploy applications using various platforms and technologies tied to supply chain planning software. Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
+ Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage implementation, and drive delivery of projects.

Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) leads the definition of the solution for new client implementations or larger projects on an existing implementation. The BSA must be able to understand the client’s business requirements and map those to our technology. Then document and help communicate that vision to the client and to internal execution teams.

Candidates should have a strong grasp of database architecture, data modeling, Interface development and system integration using real-time web-services. He or she should also have a solid understanding of CRM, CDP, email and database marketing concepts.

Principal Responsibilities :

Summary of This Role

Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and create specifications for system to meet business requirements. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

What Part Will You Play?

Acts as a liaison between client end-users, programmers and test analysts with in-depth analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of complex systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Maintains a working relationship with key stakeholders and gains an understanding of the complex nature of the client’s business. Consults with management to identify, define and document business needs/objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input/output requirements, data scope, usage formatting, security requirements and levels of systems access. Maintains communications with end-users and reviews other Business Analysts' feedback to ensure systems continually meet the client’s expectations. Analyzes complex/ escalated problems/issues (complexity varies based on data requirements and business specifications) and offers alternative business solutions. Facilitates meetings and leads discussions.

Analyzes, interprets and develops simple to complex business specifications and logical flowcharts that include features and functions from which programmers can create technical specifications. Leverages system or module knowledge in the design of system screens and database structures. Consults and coordinates with programmers to design and develop requirements and analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users. Prepares input for system design, including final report and screen definition, logical system flow and implementation plans. Provides support to resolve issues that may cross multiple systems and affect the business process. Tracks application incidents to ensure a successful conclusion for internal and external clients. Identifies system impact of changes in the business, user needs, external business environment and operating systems.

Leads others to document client training and documentation for installation of systems and their upgrades; universally understood procedures for permanent records; post-implementation problems and revision requests; procedures, methodology and/or application standards to include payment card industry and security related compliance. Maintains, administers, and/or reviews all procedures, methodology and/or application standards to include payment card industry and security related compliance.

Develops, administers and recommends best practices when supporting testing/planning/validation by clarifying the intended functionality. Uses experience and expertise to ensure complex issues do not hinder a successful implementation.

Assigns project work to the Business Analyst(s) occasionally. Assists with the detailed project planning efforts on larger projects, and may act as a Project Manager on smaller development efforts. Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Maintains software deployment plans and communicates these plans to the user community; ensures that users are apprised of any anticipated deviation from schedules.

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalBusiness Systems Analyst with 3–4 years of hands-on experience inNetSuite ERP andZuora Revenue . In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to optimize and support our financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to NetSuite and Zuora Revenue.

Configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite ERP modules including GL, AP, AR, and Order-to-Cash.

Support and optimize Zuora Revenue (RevPro) configurations, including revenue recognition rules and reporting.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers or vendors to implement solutions.

Perform system testing, data validation, and support UAT for new features and enhancements.

Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, SOPs, and training materials.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Assist in system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other business applications (e.g., Salesforce)

Requirements

Experience working on NetSuite, Zuora Revenue. Additional systems knowledge of Coupa, Blackline is a plus but not required.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance or a related field.

Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.

Proven track record of enhancing technical platforms to increase usability, value, and efficient usage by non-technical audiences.

Experience with the following from a technical and user perspective: Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Bot platforms, Knowledge Platforms.

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in a global organization.
