Cloud Operations Engineers are responsible for building internal tools and process automation. Day-to-day duties are creating and monitoring systems alert dashboards, reviewing critical event and system logs, accessing customer instances that underpin their production databases, and performing server administration duties including performance troubleshooting. **Responsibilities**

+ Management skills, with hands-on experience running small to mid sized Engineering Teams in a rapid-growth environment

+ Experience supervising, leading and monitoring progress of Software Development projects.

**In these roles, you will be responsible for:**
+ Analyses business requirements and creates software design for at least one major sub-system.
+ Develops high-level specifications at the modular sub system.
+ Participates in client/ external interactions on technical matters.
+ Understands the client projects, confirms the feasibility of the automation for the processes in scope, and defines the stages needed to develop automation.
+ Understand the client requirement by studying the business process and SOP documents.
+ Prepares flow charts and systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis.
+ Evaluate processes and provide recommendations for automation enhancements.
+ Support full lifecycle implementation of the RPA project including Analysis, documentation, User manual creation training and Post implementation support.
+ Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodology.
+ Identify tasks with automation potential together with production teams and customers and implement automation with RPA and other applicable technologies.
+ Participate in interactions with customers as a subject matter expert.
+ Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information in a logical and coherent manner.
+ Preparing business cases, feasibility studies, Functional specifications, and requirements statements.
+ Process Mapping and Documentation / Liaise with relevant stakeholders to review possible improvements to processes and procedures.
+ Ensure that the relevant groups are fully briefed with respect to requirements relating to support and change management.
**Preferable Skills for this role include:**
Technical skills
+ **4 to 6 years of experience as BA across HR, Healthcare, Life, Finance, Banking domains**
+ 4 to 6 years of experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
+ **At least 4 years of experience in Agile methodology. Preferably SCRUM master.**
+ **At least 2 years of hands on experience with MS Visio or equivalent.**
+ **At least 1 years of experience in preparing training/user manuals.**
+ At least 1 year of experience in managing BAs and lead elicitation process.
+ Experience with JIRA, DevOPs, Captivate, Snagit, SAP.

· Communicate operating philosophies, technical information, objectives and expectations to Amazon personnel and to the vendor critical facilities management teams.
· Providing hands on facility support where required (e.g. installation of new equipment, decommissioning of equipment, replacement of faulty equipment, internal audits.etc.)
· Oversee technical compliance auditing and the effective and timely close out of corrective action plans. Perform annual operational reviews with a focus on compliance with the Amazon standards and all applicable regulatory requirements. (Audits).
· Manage the development and delivery of the portfolio of Energy/Environmental Management Programs. Keep abreast of Data Center industry innovation.
Incident and Emergency Response:
o Reviewing incident reports, documenting periodic trend summaries, and providing updates and recommended actions to management.
o Managing information flow during incidents while providing regular updates to management.

Basic Qualifications

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and purpose-driven Head – CRM, Business Analytics & Remarketing to design and execute funnel automations across Marketing, Sales/Contact Centre, and Operations. This leadership role involves building strategic automations to enhance CRM functionalities for customer acquisition, retention, and brand experience . You will collaborate directly with business, sales, and marketing leaders and take full ownership of outcomes.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and detail-oriented professional with advanced expertise in SQL, MS Excel (Macros, VBA), and Power BI . You will have proven experience in remarketing, funnel optimization, and digital performance analytics , while leading a small team of analysts.
The role will also oversee systems integration across multiple databases — CRM, HIMS, and Medical Information — to provide seamless accessibility and visibility of Customer Lifetime Value for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing funnels by identifying drop-offs, conversion bottlenecks, and user behavior trends.
- Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting from multiple marketing and sales databases.
- Leverage advanced Excel (Macros, VBA, PivotTables, data models) for efficient reporting and large dataset management.
- Design and automate dashboards/reports to track funnel metrics, campaign performance, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM engineers, and HIMS engineers to define KPIs, integration workflows, and campaign measurement.
- Support remarketing strategies by analyzing audience behavior and engagement across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CRM tools).
- Deliver actionable insights to improve targeting, personalization, and re-engagement tactics.
- Drive process improvements by automating workflows and optimizing reporting systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 analysts, building in-house data and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with focus on digital marketing & CRM analytics .
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Macros, VBA).
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data management, and complex dataset handling.
- Proven experience in remarketing performance analysis and managing digital funnels across paid media, CRM, and owned channels.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of systems integration workflows across CRM, HIMS, and related IT systems.
Preferred
- Expertise in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, VBA, SQL .
- Experience in creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) for CRM/marketing automation.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics and multi-touch attribution models.
- Basic knowledge of scripting in Python or R .
