Job Title: Outsource Development Centre (ODC) Manager

Location: Rabale , Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

The ODC Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of engineering solutions. This role requires strategic project management, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects. The manager will oversee project timelines, resource allocation, compliance, and continuous improvements to optimize performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy system solutions efficiently.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are managed effectively for timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements and establish delivery strategies.
  • Confidently communicate with US-based clients and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Project Tracking & Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress across all projects executed within the ODC.
  • Publish dashboards on delivery progress, KPIs, and system health for senior leadership and customers.
  • Resource & Backlog Management:
  • Perform resource management for all ODC engineers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders & LTTS managers to create and maintain a backlog for each project team and resource.
  • Proactively engage customers if backlog of work is insufficient.
  • Compliance & Technical Guidance:
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and quality benchmarks .
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams.
  • Commercial Engagement & Business Support:
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals for customer requirements and defend them in client discussions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 14+ years of experience in engineering development, project management, or outsource development centres.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical and operational excellence.
  • Strong expertise in resource management, stakeholder coordination, and backlog planning .
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage US-based clients .
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, and process optimization .
